Vicky’s broad sporting palmares means she is well placed to share her expertise to help runners, cyclists and triathletes of all abilities surpass their personal bests.

Vicky began her sporting journey as an elite runner, moving up through the junior ranks and then representing Great Britain on the roads and cross country and earning an athletics scholarship to compete in the NCAA for Florida State University. Here she achieved 6 time All-America status as well as finishing runner-up at the NCAA 10.000m on the track. Post college she ran professionally on the US road circuit and then later in Europe before taking a break and reinventing herself as a triathlete. While “fun” was the initial intention, at an early stage her competitive instinct took over and she achieved success as overall World AG duathlon champion, Outlaw Champion and course record holder, silver and bronze medals at the European long distance triathlon Championships, a pro licence and representing GB elite team in duathlon and long distance triathlon. After her triathlon stint Vicky was looking for a new challenge and so began testing herself against the clock at local and national cycling time trial races. Vicky won 2 national individual titles and 6 team titles as well as being named Best British All Rounder achieving a personal best of 20:01 for 10 miles and 50:02 for 25 miles which still ranks as the 5th fastest all time.

Vicky now divides her energies between coaching juniors at her local athletics club, Winchester & District, as well as representing her club in masters competitions and coaching a small cohort of individuals remotely.

Vicky is keen to pass on her passion, knowledge and expertise to the next generation of sporting superstars. Vicky also specialises in helping busy working professionals balance their sporting aspirations with fun and real life.
